Hakka stuffed tofu

Salt, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, soy sauce, white sugar
8 tofu, 200 grams of pork, a handful of shallots


Pork is minced into meat, chives are washed and chopped

Add a pinch of salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce and chopped chives to the meat.

The tofu is cut in half, and the stuffing is directly stuffed into the tofu with chopsticks. Because I used fried tofu so I don’t have to dig too much. If you use water tofu, you should dig a hole in the middle of the tofu and stuff the meat.

Heat the oil in a hot pot and place the tofu pieces in turn. Fry the tofu with the meat side down, fry and then turn over

Pour in soy sauce and a little sugar, add a little water for a minute.

Put the fried tofu out, then spread the juice evenly on top.

Cooking skills

It is easy to rot the tofu when stuffing the tofu, so you have to hold the bottom of the tofu and stuff the meat. I use fried tofu so it is not easy to rot, this can also be used to make oil tofu.
